We seek to make Christ's love visible and tangible through Service, Education and Advocacy.

History and Purpose

United Methodist Cooperative Ministries/Suncoast, Inc., is a social services agency of the Gulf Central District of the United Methodist Church in Florida. Incorporated in 1975 as a not-for-profit 501(C)3 faith-based corporation, UMCM/Suncoast provides services to persons seeking to overcome obstacles in their lives.  By working in collaboration with churches, non-profit and service agencies and volunteers from the community, UMCM/Suncoast serves over 15,000 people in the five county service area each year.

Service Area 

UMCM/Suncoast carries out its programs throughout West Manatee, Pinellas, West Pasco, Hernando, and West Citrus counties.
