Did you go shopping on Black Friday or Cyber Monday? 
 
Many people did. All of them were looking for a bargain, a way to make their money go farther.

Here at UM Cooperative Ministries, we do the same.  And during the holiday season, we've found a way to double your dollars!

An anonymous donor (let's call him Santa) has offered to match all donations made during the month of December!  For every dollar you give to support the programs and projects of Cooperative Ministries, our program participants get twice the value.

Just think, if you donate $50, and Santa donates $50, our program participants get $100 value in service!
 
That's enough to support a child in the Children of the World Preschool for about 1/2 a week, or in P.A.S.S. Tutorial Program for a month, or in the Families Learning Together program for 3 months.  It's enough to pay an overdue water bill, so that a family isn't evicted, or buy food for a family of four for a week.

Please consider making an end of the year gift to Cooperative Ministries.  If you do, thanks to Santa, you'll make twice the difference in a person's life!

Federal Employees:
We are a supported charity of the Suncoast Combined Federal Campaign - #61458. The campaign is over for this year, but please remember us in your 
pledge next year.
In-kind gifts allow us to save money on the items we need to provide our programs and allow more funding to go directly to the people we serve.  If you would like to help with a gift of materials, please click on the link below to see a list of our current needs.
 
Make a donation to honor or remember a loved one or someone special in your life.  Click on the link below and indicate who you are honoring or remembering, along with an address for notification.  A card will be sent to your honoree or to the family in memoriam.
 
Give a gift to the Endowment Fund through a charitable gift annuity or trust.  It's simple to create and will provide you with tax benefits.
 
Name Cooperative Ministries in an IRA Rollover -- a great way for donors to give in a big way to serve the local community.  Minimum age limit is 70 1/2 years old. 
 
  • Give appreciated securities, such as mutual funds or shares of stock (you can avoid capitol gains taxes and deduct the value of these securities) or donate a gift of real estate.   
     
  • Designate Cooperative Ministries in your will -- an easy and loving way to make a significant gift that will change lives forever.
